Just received my first shipment from Simplygoodstuff.com. It arrived in a few days and the products were “as advertised”. I ordered the Handy Sweeper and the Auto Clip Clothing Carrier. The former works great. It is much cheaper than one offered on Amazon. I've been unable to find one in a local store (downtown Seattle) to replace one that I've owned for several years, but cannot find. It’s a good value and works very well. The latter seems a bit over-priced, but looks to be of sturdy construction. I’ll know when we first use it.

I very much appreciate that this company doesn't demand that I create an account simply to order an item from them. Typically I go elsewhere, rather than submit to a “marriage” with those websites, where they somehow feel that I’ve signed up to be spammed by daily e-mails. I was so impressed that I actually created an account with this company after I received the shipment. Good for them! They have lotsa interesting items on their website. I anticipate ordering more, after this initial “test” order.

Your company has been fantastic. I ordered a Message Pillow Combo from you. I ordered it the first week of December in order to have it by Christmas. After I placed my order I found out that the color I ordered was out of stock.

I called your customer service department because I was so disappointed. Your customer service rep told me not to worry, you were getting more in on December 20th. You told me that you would upgrade my shipping and would have it to me by Christmas.

Wow, you shipped my order on December 20th and I received it in two days, just as you said. I can't remember receiving that kind of service from any on-line merchant. In short, I gave the pillow to my 95 year old Mother and she just loves it. The pillow looks great, is well constructed, works as advertised, and no batteries to replace when they run down.

Ordered a replacement motor for a misting fountain in Nov. There was a delay in the product being received by Simply Good Stuff.When I called to ask about the shipment I was told of the delay and a larger motor was sent to me with no extra charge. it works just fine . I needed a manual pump as a “backup” for the arrival of Hurricane Sandy. I ordered it Friday and it was delivered Saturday, for a lower cost than it would have cost if it was delivered Monday due to incredible help from customer service. I was skeptical when customer service said they would adjust my shipping costs to be lower for a Saturday deliver as opposed to a Monday delivery, but lo and behold, the pump arrived Saturday and it was half the shipping cost. I am incredibly impressed by this company and it will be my first stop when I need anything – because you have everything!

I actually give the microfiber window cloth for gifts! Everyone loves these I could be an ambassador for these cloths. Sparkly clean streak free windows, mirrors and stainless steel without any cleaners! My son ask how much I make as I rave to all about the magic of these cloths. What a miracle, CLEAN, nothing extra to buy, WHY does not everyone use? More exposure and these would do away with WINDOW cleaners of any type!

This was my first time ordering from Simply Good Stuff. I was looking to replace a rubber broom I had ordered from a TV promotional spot years ago and loved (till it died). I searched for a similar product and ordered it from you. Despite getting a notice that the item was not in stock and delivery might be delayed, it STILL came sooner than I had expected. The best part is - it is enormously superior in quality and construction than the one I originally owned, and it came with a free hand tool! And the price was very reasonable.

Re: my order for your Commercial grade 100% rayon shammys:  I initially bought Shamwow from the TV ad and later to save money and get the 20 x 27" size, I bought one on Ebay then bought yours.  I am writing this to let you know that yours is far superior:  not only thicker than the others, but when I put 1 tsp. of water on all three, yours absorbed it better than the Shamwow.  The water actually pooled up on top of the Shamwow then slowly disappeared.  When I looked under all three, there was little water under yours and the other one, but most of the water under the Shamwow was now sitting on the counter!!  This test was before any of them had been laundered.

Just had to tell you I used my new Microfiber Mop this week end and how easy it was to use.  I am so glad I purchsed this product from you.  Using water did not lessen the shine on my beautiful floors.  After I had finished I just simply placed the Microfiber mop in hot, soapy water and let it soak in the sink without fabric softerner per your recom..

The peeler I ordered is the best peeler in my opinion. I have a sports injury to my right thumb and regular peelers hurt to use because of the pushing with the thumb. I had surgery on it and a piece of titanium holds my thumbs ligaments in place so it can be painfull to use other peelers so when I broke my star peeler I needed to find another one. I thank you for carrying them online.

This V shaped mandoline is the best mandoline I ever purchased. The non-V shaped mandoline even the expensive brand does a miserable job of cutting slices of oranges or pineapples that I use on top of pies. But this one is better than the $180 mandoline. It exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this to everyone.

After twenty years of trying to get my tile and hardwood floors clean and streak free, I finally found a product that truly works.
