ASSEMBLE
Your Broom: Push (using a rocking motion) or screw
your Rubber
Broom Head onto the handle. Make sure the head is on all
the way to ensure a proper fit. Once secure, a vacuum seal is
created that holds the head in position.USE
Your Broom: The Sweepa
Rubber Broom is designed to be Pulled Back, not pushed.
For best results pull the broom toward you when sweeping carpet
or tile floors. The rubber broom can be used as a push broom
on other floors, but best results are obtained by using it
as a pull broom. On carpets, the rubber broom MUST be pulled
for best results. Keep the bristles flush against the carpet
and use short firm strokes (length of the strokes may vary
with the type of carpet). This stroking action builds up a
static charge to attract dirt as well as keep it from flying
through the air. When using the broom in wet applications,
a back and forth scrubbing motion or a circular scrubbing
motion will give you the best results. The rubber broom is
safe to use with you favorite cleaning supplies. To dry, simply
flip the broom over and use the squeegee to dry, by pulling
the broom toward you.
DISASSEMBLE
Your Broom: Hold your Rubber Floor Broom vertically,
with the head at the top. Rest the handle on the floor and
hold it with one hand. With the other hand, take the broom
head and make a rocking motion, while pulling the head up.
This will unlock the vacuum seal between the broom and the
handle, thus releasing the head.
CARE
for your Broom: Your rubber
broom is washable. Wash the head
in warm soapy water or use your favorite household cleaner
to sanitize it. To make it even easier, the rubber
broom head is even dishwasher safe. Simply place it on the top
rack and wash as normal. The bristles will remain
straight, so there is no need to be hang the broom or store
it off the sweeping head.
