Product Description

Power and precision come together to make one valuable tool. This squeeze action screwdriver will provide plenty of force when driving screws or drilling holes, and it is able to do so with no batteries or electricity. This means that it will always be ready to work when you are because you won't have to search for extension cords, or worry if the battery is charged. Although it will offer similar speed and power when compared to those that are battery powered, you will manually operate it by squeezing the trigger or utilizing a twist action like a socket wrench. The clever design will transfer the force of your hand power in order to quickly and accurately insert or remove screws from nearly any material. Simply squeeze the trigger repeatedly to tighten or loosen screws and bolts with speed and precision. Since it isn't powered by batteries, you can go as slow as you want to ensure the job is completed perfectly, and there are no mess or mistakes. Don't break out industrial level machinery just to hang a picture, and stop letting too much power ruin the job while you waste time and electricity hassling with a tool that is too much for the job. The PowerDriver is ideal for any toolbox, and offers a simple, effective and accurate way to drive screws, drill holes, or tighten bolts.

Just because you don't plug it in or charge a battery pack every time you use it does not mean it can't be powerful enough to get the job done. Despite the hand power you use to work it, this ratcheting screwdriver can offer plenty of force when necessary. For tough jobs, it will deliver up to 140 in. lbs of torque to quickly and easily loosen or tighten the most stubborn screws and bolts.  It's not just powerful and slow though, you can actually work at a speed that is faster than you might think. With a top speed of up to 350 RPM the PowerDriver will make quick work of all kinds of jobs. Because you are able to turn screws or bolts as fast or slow as you want, it is far easier to be accurate and avoid mistakes when you use this tool. No more slipping off the screw due to too much power, and no more driving it in too far to ruin your surface. This tool is far faster than twisting and turning by hand with a regular screwdriver or wrench, and when compared to powered versions, it will offer more precision while is costs you way less to operate.

This versatile tool is perfect for just about anyone. For the housewife that is afraid of the power tools sitting in the garage or basement, this one offers a safe alternative that is lightweight and easy to use. For the occasional handyman, this will provide a useful tool that is always ready to go, so it can be quickly picked up to hang a mirror in the living room, or tighten hardware in the kitchen. Professionals love this tool too. It offers them a way to work where power is not provided, increase accuracy for certain jobs, or save money by not using electricity. Anyone can use this tool with minimal effort thanks to the comfort grip handle and easy-to-use design. You can even drill small holes, all with the power of your hands. You can either twist it like a normal ratcheting driver, or use the caulk gun-like trigger to easily screw, wrench or drill.

This is not an electric screwdriver. It doesn't run on power at all, but it will drive or remove screws just as well. Add any standard 1/4" bit attachment you have now to also use it as a , a socket wrench, or a drill as well. It's a manual driver with a gun-like trigger, and it is one of the most efficient tools you will ever use, but it does not require batteries or need to be plugged in. The innovative design allows it to transform the motion of you squeezing the trigger into a rotational motion of the shaft. This action will cause it to spin in either direction to loosen or tighten screws and bolts, or to drill small holes in drywall and wood. It also increases your power, while enabling you to make more revolutions in less time. A simple tug on the trigger causes the driver to spin, and with just a couple of pumps you can completely mount a screw into a wall.  Increase your precision and use the most convenient ratcheting driver available. It does not come with any bits or attachments, but it will be fully compatible with what you have now. Any standard sized bit in your toolbox will fit the PowerDriver so use with screwdriver bits, sockets, hex, torx, even drill bits with a 1/4" end. Order Yours Today!

Simple, Accurate Driver
I used on of these tools around 1990 in a small boat shop that specialized in building a 13 1/2 foot Adirondack Guideboat. The boat was built out of narrow one inch planks fastened to 26 pairs of ribs to assemble the hull. We had to drive hundreds of #3 brass screws and "clock" the heads so the slot would run parallel to the planks. We had tried small Yankee type push drills but there was a danger of the bit jumping off of the screw and damaging the hull. The PowerDrivers we were using back then were blue in color and I think they were called Squeeze Driver. They worked great, much less fatiguing to use, very accurate. I'll be ordering one or two in the next week or so.

Great Product!
I had been looking for a solution for home and work. I work in IT and when working on PC's and Server racks where i have to screw and unscrew stuff a lot it can be hell on someones wrist. I looked at several batter powered devices but didnt want to spend a butt load on it since i might or might not use it a lot. When i got the product it looked a little mediocre but when i put it to the test i was blown away! this thing is amazing and im surprised theres not more out there like it. Definately recommend it for someone not wanting electric power drivers or dislike using wrist action drivers. It does what it say! and thats worth the price!

Must-have gadget...
I received one of these as a gift back in 1995 and used it constantly. It's better and faster than an electric screwdriver. Finally after eighteen years it broke leaving me feeling helpless. Finally I found it on SimplyGoodStuff.com and couldn't belive my luck -- and the price! Get one of these...no, get two. You'll never be sorry

Very Effective Tool
Years ago I purchased this same tool from from a different vendor. It has proved to be an incredibly effective tool. I always wanted to have a spare in case the original should ever get lost or stolen but I could never find a source. So when it showed up on Simply Good Stuff I leaped at the chance and bought a spare. It actually works better than described.

Great Tool!
I have owned a Power Driver for 10 years or so. When in use, it is usually for a stretch of 8 hours or more. Mine came with many more attachments. The only problem that I have had is the return spring broke. I made a new spring one out of spring steel. For light screwing, you can't beat this tool. There are no batteries to recharge. It is just there ready to go any time that you may need it.
