For this reason, we do our best to ship orders as soon as possible, and send them with the quickest possible delivery method. Many orders placed with us will ship the same day, or the day after the order is submitted. In some cases, it may take up to 3-5 business days to process and ship an order, but most will be on the way within 1-3. If there is to be any significant delay beyond this normal processing time, we will make every effort to keep you informed via email. If you are concerned with your order at any time prior to it shipping, or while it is en route to you, please do not hesitate to contact us via phone or email to get answers to your questions. We respond to emails almost immediately during business hours, and we have real people answering the phones M-F from 9am-6pm.

Order Processing:
We are serious about stuff, and we don't mess around when it comes to processing orders. When you place an order with us, we get right to work, and begin processing it as soon as possible. In most cases orders are sent to shipping within 24 hours of being submitted. Many orders will make it out of the warehouse on the same day they are placed, and the majority of the other ones will go out within 48 hours. A smaller number may take a few days to process due to the items on order, and some others may be delayed by a day or two because of revolving stock situations. The longest you may have to wait for regular merchandise to ship out is 3-5 business days. In more rare circumstances, we might be out of stock on one or more items in your order, and for an extended period of time. If the wait time to fulfill your order is to be anything beyond the standard amount of time(up to 3-5 business days), we will make every effort to inform you, and keep you updated via email. If you are concerned about how long it will take for a specific item to leave our warehouse, or if you want to inquire about an order already placed, please contact us and we will provide answers in a timely fashion. Order Shipping:
At simplygoodstuff.com we hate to keep customers waiting, so we make every effort to ship orders as soon as possible, and with the fastest possible delivery method. We may even split an order, if something is out of stock, in order to ship out the stuff we have while waiting for the other merchandise to arrive. We do this at our cost, and your benefit, in order to deliver stuff as soon as possible. Most orders will ship out with a delivery average of 2-5 days. Some orders will ship with slightly slower methods, but we try to send all orders with the fastest method that is reasonable in order to make wait times as short as possible for customers. When checking out, you may not be able to choose a specific delivery method due to the products you chose. For orders like this, or ones where Standard Shipping was selected, it will be our choice of delivery methods. We always take both speed and cost into consideration in order to select the best method at our disposal.

Your order may be shipped by any one of the following delivery methods. Customers paying for shipping will have their choice of shipping methods at checkout. Standard Shipping will offer the lowest cost in many cases, but will also allow us to choose the method as your order ships. Free shipping is the same way. You get the savings, but we get the choice of delivery methods. For free or standard shipping, we will usually choose the least expensive method for the individual order, but in many cases it will also be the fastest. If the cost difference is small, but speed varies greatly, we will always choose the faster shipping method for you instead of banking the cash and sticking you with the slow boat. Our main goal is to delivery quality stuff as soon as possible, and we know that you choose the lowest cost shipping method to save money, not wait forever. We can ship to regular US street addresses, PO Boxes and APO's, and we can also send orders to international customers. If you require a specific delivery method based upon your location or other requirements, but are not able to choose it due to the items on your order, simply contact us after the order is placed, or include instructions in the comments section at checkout. We will do our best to honor any reasonable request you have.
