How To Make Sushi

HEART or ROUND SHAPED SEAWEED WRAPPED SUSHI:

1. Insert B into A

2. Line inside of A with a sheet of seaweed, then fill evenly with sushi rice until half full.

3. Use D to create a groove in the rice.

4. Add your favorite ingredients into the groove then fill the rest of the way with rice.

5. Wrap seaweed around rice then use C to press the seaweed firmly onto the rice.

6. Use a knife to slice through each gap on A.

7. Use C to press down on top and remove A by sliding up and over C.

The steps for making the round shape sushi are the same. Just interchange B with G and C with H.

LARGE SQUARE SHAPED SEAWEED WRAPPED SUSHI:

1. Place A on a flat surface and line the inside with a sheet of seaweed.

2. Add sushi rice evenly into A until it is half full.

3. Use D to create a groove in the rice.

4. Add your favorite ingredients into the groove then fill A the rest of the way with rice.

5. Wrap seaweed around the rice using F to press the seaweed firmly onto rice.

6. Place A on top of the flat side of F. Use a knife to slice through the gaps on A.

7. Remove F from the bottom of A and use the flat side of F to press through A to remove sushi from the mold.
