For this reason, we do our best to ship orders as soon as possible, and send them with the quickest possible delivery method. Most stuff will ship within 24-48 hours, and many orders will leave our warehouse the same day you place it. In some rare cases, it may take longer to ship your stuff due to current availability, and if this should occur, we will do our best to keep you informed. Because the majority of orders will ship within 5 business days, regardless of stock levels, we will let you know at that point, if there is to be further delay in sending your stuff. Delivery after shipment will follow the estimated schedules below, and is according to the shipping method you choose when checking out. We will send an email to confirm shipment on the day your package leaves our warehouse, and that will have your tracking number, along with a link to track the box. If you are concerned with your order at any time prior to it shipping or while it is en route to you, please do not hesitate to contact us via phone or email to get answers to your questions. Some items ship for free at any quantity. Those will be clearly marked. For all other items, shipping is charged based upon the total weight of your order, and the shipping method you choose. These rates start at just $1.75. Use the shipping calculator in the shopping cart, or fill in your information on the checkout page to see an accurate shipping cost for your exact order. We do not try to earn money, or hide cost with shipping. The amount charged to ship any order is as close to our actual cost as possible.
Free Shipping can be earned on any order shipping to a US address. For orders over $100 this shipping discount will be automatic when you have Standard Shipping Selected, and may combine with other offers. For orders from $75-$99, use the coupon code: freeship75, and select Standard Shipping to apply free shipping to your order.
Your order may be shipped by any one of the above delivery methods. Customers paying for shipping will have their choice of shipping methods at checkout. Standard Shipping will offer the lowest cost in many cases, but will also allow us to choose the method as your order ships. Free shipping is the same way. You get the savings, but we get the choice of delivery methods. For free or standard shipping, we will usually choose the least expensive method for the individual order, but in many cases it will also be the fastest. If the cost difference is small, but speed varies greatly, we will always choose the faster shipping method for you instead of banking the cash and sticking you with the slow boat. Our main goal is to delivery quality stuff as soon as possible, and we know that you choose the lowest cost shipping method to save money, not wait forever. We can ship to regular US street addresses, PO Boxes and APO's, and we can also send orders to international customers. If you require a specific delivery method based upon your location or other requirements, but are not able to choose it due to the items on your order, simply contact us after the order is placed, or include instructions in the comments section at checkout. We will do our best to honor any reasonable request you have.
At simplygoodstuff.com returning an order is easy. Because our stuff is so good, we receive very few orders back, but we also understand that situations will arise that necessitate a return. It does not matter to us if you decided you don't like it, or forgot you bought it in the first place. We offer a full satisfaction guarantee that allows you to return any order within 60 days for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. When your return is processed, we issue the credit to your original payment method, and do not charge any sort of restocking fee. We do this to stand behind the stuff we sell, but also give you confidence in ordering from us. At this time, we do not even require return authorization. Simply ship back with a copy of your receipt, and let us know that you want to return it for a refund.
