What is Thread Count?
Thread count refers to the number of threads woven together in a square inch of fabric. Finer thread allows for more of it to be woven into a single square-inch, resulting in smoother, softer fabric. These sheets are made from a microfiber material, which causes them to be slightly thinner, but also durable and extremely soft. The sheets in this set feature an extremely fine thread, woven together tightly at 800 threads per square inch. They are sewn so that most of the threads are on the surface, making it lustrous, smooth and super soft. Although not quite as durable as other weaves, the result is a thinner sheet featuring a soft, ultra comfortable finish.
