ANSWER:
Absolutely. This broom is great for any kind of hair, and on virtually any surface. It is especially good at pulling hair out of carpet. We sell many many of these brooms to hair salons, kennels and groomers because they work so well on hair. If you are trying to remove long hair in your carpet you would want to use short deliberate strokes. This will build up a static charge that will pull the hair up and out of the fibers. The Sweepa Rubber Broom works so well that you can actually pull out hair that even the best vacuums leave behind. This broom is best used as a pull broom on carpet, so you will want to use short even strokes to pull the hair towards you and out of the carpet.
